The HVFD family welcomes three new members to our ranks: Tiffany Talbott, Allen "Bubba" Sydnor (transfer from Company 1) and Cameron Sellers (transfer from Company 5). We're glad to have these new personnel on board helping making HVFD the strongest department in the county!

After working with the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey for nearly 24 months, the PA released a section of Steel Beam to the HVFD today. The 36" long, 122 pound beam will be displayed at the new station in memory of the 343 firefighters that gave their lives on 9/11.

In an annual tradition that started many years ago, the department held it's annual Santa Breakfast on Saturday, December 12th. Around 300 kids of all ages were fed, and enjoyed seeing Santa arrive and depart via fire engine.
